Frequently asked questions

A quick guide to what Enerlytics is for, how the product is framed, and what to expect from signals, alerts, and Atlas.

What does Enerlytics do?

Enerlytics brings together energy market signals, crude flow context, model outputs, alerts, and research workflows so you can review what matters from one dashboard.

Is this trading or investment advice?

No. Enerlytics is an information and workflow product. It helps you review market structure, signals, and alerts, but it does not give personal investment advice or recommend specific trades for any individual user.

What is the difference between 1d and 5d model predictions?

The 1d signal is meant to frame the next market session. The 5d signal is meant to frame the next five trading sessions. They can agree, disagree, or land in a no-edge state when the setup is weak or mixed.

How do alerts and notifications work?

  • In-app notifications show up in the Notification Center inside the dashboard.
  • Email notifications can be enabled for selected categories and symbols.
  • Alert routing lets you decide which setups should be delivered and how.
  • Browser notifications are planned as an opt-in real-time channel.

Who is Atlas?

Atlas is the built-in Enerlytics assistant. It can explain alerts, summarize what changed, pull related market context, and help you review model and options information inside the product.

How do I get help or report something broken?

Use the in-app feedback tools or visit Support. For beta issues, the fastest path is usually to send the page you were on and a short note about what you expected to happen.
